Perfect FiTONIC Fit Protein Pancakes


We have tried SO. MANY. protein pancake recipes. The problem with lots of protein pancake recipes is that they either: 1) taste like seared gum or 2) have essentially the same macro nutrients as a regular not-so-healthy pancake that why bother. But we LOVE pancakes sans guilt. We had to keep trying! And we did it! 

These pancakes take minutes to make. The texture is for real. And macro nutrients, you ask?!?

Carbs: 18

Add some scrambled egg whites and breakfast is perfection. 

Here's how to make the Perfect FiTONIC Protein Pancakes: 

Mix together:
- 1 Scoop of FiTONIC Fit Protein Powder
- 1/2 banana (mushy is best)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt

Once well blended, add oil of your preference to your skillet or griddle and heat to medium heat. Add your protein pancake mix to your skillet. Cook on one side until it bubbles a bit. Flip carefully and cook that side too. 

If it takes you one or two tries to get the "doneness" just right, don't sweat it. Such is the life of a pancake lover. Trust us, it's worth it. 

We eat these without anything on top, but if you are craving a bit of sweet, add a little honey, syrup, or mix blueberries into your mix before cooking. Enjoy!
