Peachy & Fit Protein Smoothie
Smooth and creamy. That's the start of any delicious smoothie. And rolling through the grocery over the weekend, I happened upon some perfectly plump and pretty peaches. Love. At. First. Sight. So I knew I had to blend them.
Sometimes I like to test out the wildest ways to use our protein blends. Other times, I just want a freakin' smoothie. No tricks. Nothing fancy. Just fast and yummy. You see, in the mornings I have approximately three minutes to make my breakfast. That's right: three. Sure, every morning I plan to be ready earlier, but hair, makeup, YouTube. It's all a blur. Point is, there's not a lot of time for fluff in the mornings. And that's when I love to enjoy our Fit-Body Formula blend.
With my peaches on the counter and the morning clock running, I threw this together...and it was perfection.
- 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Fit protein powder, Vanilla & Sweet Lucuma flavored
- 1 c. fresh or frozen peaches
- 1 T. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- Blend all ingredients together.
