Almond milk is loaded with protein while peanut butter is packed with essential minerals that our bodies need.
Cottage cheese helps strengthen bones and teeth, has a great helping of protein, is good for heart health and can aid in weight loss. It's an amazing food!
1 scoop FiTONIC Blissed Protein Powder
⅓ c. cottage cheese
1 T. peanut butter
1 T. almond milk
1 T. coconut oil
Blend with food processor
Mix in ¼ c. rice krispies
Blend all ingredients, settle back and savor the taste!
Optional: top off with whipped cream and berries.
