Sticky Crunchy Peanut Butter FiTONIC Blissed Protein Pudding

Do you love that creamy amazing texture and flavor of pudding?  Not much quite hits the spot like a good, rich pudding.  That was our inspiration for creating this amazing dish that will leave you satisfied but without the guilt. 

 

Almond milk is loaded with protein while peanut butter is packed with essential minerals that our bodies need. 

 

 

Cottage cheese helps strengthen bones and teeth, has a great helping of protein, is good for heart health and can aid in weight loss.  It's an amazing food!

 

Ingredients:

1 scoop FiTONIC Blissed Protein Powder

⅓ c. cottage cheese

1 T. peanut butter

1 T. almond milk

1 T. coconut oil

Blend with food processor

Mix in ¼ c. rice krispies

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients, settle back and savor the taste!

Optional: top off with whipped cream and berries.
