Who said that peanut butter and jelly is only for sandwiches? We beg to differ. We bring the amazing freshness of berries together with the nuttiness we all love in this filling and refreshing smoothie.
Strawberries and blueberries both contain tons of antioxidants, can help immune and heart health and protect against cancer.
While peanut butter may often get a bad rap, it's filled with protein and rich in minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and Phosphorous. In addition the fat in peanut butter is a healthy mono-saturated fat.
1 scoop FiTONIC Fit Protein Powder
1 ½ c. chilled almond milk (or your fave milk or nut milk)
1 c. strawberries
½ c. blueberries
1 T. peanut butter (or your fave nut butter)
¼ c. rice crisps
Blend all ingredients together, except for the rice crisps. Once blended top with rice crisps and shake.
