FiTONIC Mocha Peppermint Protein Smoothie

Every Sunday morning my oldest son and I wake-up before everyone else in the house and tip-toe downstairs to create. Sometimes we work together on projects. Sometimes we work independently at our two desks, with me periodically asking him a technology or design questions. But we always work with something yummy to drink. Many mornings before start creating, we take a quiet walk to a nearby coffee shop to bring hot drinks home. My oldest son LOVES mochas. And all the beautiful photography of mochas this morning got me thinking...
So I created this protein-packed mocha and fell in love myself! Coffee. Chocolate. Good macros. What's not to love?
1 scoop FiTONIC Blissed Protein Powder
1 c. almond milk
½ c. brewed coffee
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pack Stevia
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract (or 1 tsp. agave nectar)
Whip cream to top (optional)
Blend all ingredients. Add whip cream to top, if it's that kind of day! Enjoy!
