FiTONIC Low-Carb Blissed Protein Chocolate Mousse
Okay, so maybe I have a dessert problem. I mean, I have a dessert problem. I've always loved something sweet at the end of the day. But I also like waking up in the morning not annoyed by over doing it on the dessert. You see the tension here? So when I get a lead on a low-carb high-protein dessert, I'm all spoons, I mean ears (but mostly spoons).
If you've been following our recipe blog, you've probably noticed that I'm not big on fussy recipes that require much of the following:
I have stuff to do. I'll leave the complicated kitchen concoctions to the season of my life where I'm not jumping out of the way of a kid showing me a new karate move while I'm on the phone with a client while I'm also texting a podcast guest that I'm running five minutes late. Complicated days. Simple meals.
This recipe is beautifully simple. And maximum delicious. Three ingredients. Ready in under three minutes. Macros on point. Perfection.
Low-Carb Blissed Mousse
1 scoop FiTONIC Blissed
2 Tb PB2 powder
⅓ c. heavy whipping cream
All ingredients to a food processor. Blend. Chill if you can stand to wait.
