1 scoop FiTONIC Blissed Protein Powder
1 ½ c. chilled almond milk (or your fave milk or nut milk)
1 T. sunflower seeds
2 T. uncooked oats
1 T. cacao powder
1 T. maca powder
½ c. blueberries
Blend all ingredients and enjoy the flavor.
