FiTONIC Yummy Fit PB&J Protein Smoothie

But you do not have time for a food fuss in the kitchen. You need fast, filling, and fabulous. We get it. Here is your new breakfast bestie!
This FiTONIC Fit PB&J Protein Smoothie is our "go-to" on the regular. If it involves heat or more than four ingredients, it's officially cooking. So when it's early and we need to move it, we want something simple...but still rock-my-world kind of delicious. This smoothie can be made in 90 seconds, starting from the moment you realize you feed yourself until the moment you start sipping. And it tastes of PB&J happiness. Besides FiTONIC Fit has Guayusa, which is an amazing clean caffeine for your morning pick-me-up.
Here is the easy recipe:
1 scoop FiTONIC Fit Protein Powder
1 - 1 1/2 c. almond milk (or your favorite nut milk)
1/4 - 1/3 c. blueberries or strawberries
1 Tb. peanut butter (or another nut butter)
Blend. Drink. SO EASY!!
If you love a little extra texture or want to feel all bread about it, top your blended smoothie off with 2 to 3 Tbs or rice crisps. Then shake your protein shake to combine (do not blend). Enjoy!
