Berry Coconut FiTONIC Fit Protein Bowl
Oh berry bowls. How we love you--anytime of year. Antioxidants are always helpful to your skin health, and with dry, cold weather your skin may be calling for a little extra boost. Why not try a berry boost? Besides, our FiTONIC Fit protein powder has COLLAGEN. So it's an all around skin-happy party in a bowl.
You don't have to make your bowl Pinterest-worthy for it to be delicious. I mean, foodie faces are pretty dope. But in the midst of all the holiday hub-bub, we were looking for a quick break from the more traditional flavors. (Back to pumpkin spice and cranberries later.)
We tried something new in this recipe by recommending soaked cashews as an alternative to banana. If you use soaked cashews, make sure that your blender will blend them well. High-powered blenders turn cashews into creamy deliciousness. The texture is stunning and makes an amazing neutral base for all sorts of recipes. But low-powered blenders will might leave grit. If you've been looking for an excuse to invest in a Vitamix or like blender, let this recipe be it ;) When your sweetheart questions the credit card statement, just make him or her a berry bowl. You can't argue with good texture and healthy skin, right?

1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
1 c. mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Blend all ingredients.
