People buy into these messages because everyone wants a set of instructions. We thrive off checklists. Tell us exactly what to do! However, these methods don’t work for a number of reasons...
Elimination diets have converted millions of people. However, there are several issues that you need to think about before diving into a huge lifestyle change. This week I share with you a couple of personal stories (one that even makes me blush) and my honest take on food, lifestyle choices, and the ever so popular elimination diets.
