I get asked two questions all the time from women. One is, "How do I become comfortable in the weight room?" The second is, "If I do lift, will I become bulky? " This is a heavily debated topic among women and it's time that we talk about it.
Should you add weights? Should you add more cardio? How will your physique change by incorporating one or both of them?
In this episode, I debunk some of the biggest misconceptions about the weight room, openly share some of my own insecurities, and even talk about the thing that some personal trainers tell you to do that is flat out wrong.
