I am sure that you have heard you should “track” your goals. Everyone talks about the importance of measurement in order to see results. What should you track though? How often should you track? Where is the line with being responsible with measurement and not being obsessive?



I personally love tracking my goals but have some different ideas of how you can see progress without going crazy with spreadsheets. Measurement can be instrumental or detrimental. This episode will help propel you forward in making progress in your goals.
