This week we are high-fiving FiTONIC’s Athlete Spotlight: Becky Luders! Not only is she a business owner and crushing it with her personal goals, she is also super passionate about fitness and loves to sweat! Rebecca shares with us her favorite mantra, what she has learned from coaches, and how we can start small and still see results!
What is your fave way to train (running, yoga, CrossFit, weightlifting, dancing…)?
Running, yoga, boot camps, and lifting
How did that become your thing?
I have always loved to sweat! Running is a total stress reducer for me and I love to mix things up when it comes to staying fit.
How has training physically changed you mentally or emotionally?
I feel more energetic, happy and focused.
What is still hard for you about your training, fitness or nutrition?
I am currently in the zone and tend to be pretty regimented in these 3 areas. To me, it’s all about a routine and sticking to it.
What is the mantra in your head that you hear most often when you train?
“Feel the Burn!”
What do you love most about your body?
If you have worked with a coach, what’s the most important lesson you learned from that person?
You can always do more, do not sell yourself short!
What is your fave nutrition tip? Or if you have tried a FiTONIC product, how do you use it in your day?
Veggies, veggies, and more veggies. I love FiTONIC, Fit is a total pick me up and I tend to save it for late morning. Usually around 11a.
If you could tell only one thing to every woman who is struggling in her fitness journey, what would that be?
Figure out what you love and start with just one day a week. Once you recognize what that one day does for you, adding more will be easy!
What goal are you going to crush next??
Growing K3NOW, a business that specializes in a personalized approach to wellness utilizing health coaching, hormone optimization and a supplement program that is completely evidence-based and individualized!
